Good place to work
Good place to work. Superiors are great and always available when needed. Good salary and benefits. Most customers are great to work with, sometimes there is an odd one, but that happens in every work environment.

Challenging Call Situations

Calls range from angry/upset customers to pleasant and polite people. Your task is to provide the best service to solve their residential home internet, tv and home phone concerns.
