Alot of mixed reviews
Interested to start working there to see what reviews are actually true . A call centre working from home can be different. You have to be in the right mind set and not let calls get to you. There will be rough calls. Sales are always pushed at any call center . It is a business Bell right now has some really good deals better then Rogers.

Ok
Ok Ok Job only good enough to pay your bills, nothing special. long term employees are not appreciated at all. Management is a joke here and full of hypocrisy.

A place to develop skills
Great people, leadership styles can vary. High workload at times, base salary on the lower end but great performance bonuses. Virtual environment is great for work-life balance. Excellent place to get started in your career exposing you to real life business challenges.

Bell is weird.
I did loyalty work for nordia in the Bell branch. Bells new customer deals are better than the loyalty deals, so you end up competing with deals that bell themselves provide.
