An exhausting place
Written by Account Manager (Former Employee) from Chatsworth, CA on 21 May 2019
Hard work won't get you compensated well unless you're favored by the owner or you're part of the family. You learn everything on your own and there isn't any formal training. Mistakes are always seen as a negative and it's always your fault even if the instructions came from the top. Success will never be attributed to you and caring for the company - more... won't get you anywhere. A demoralizing place where you can end up bitter, sad, and exhausted. - less
ProsFree lunch, 401K, health insurance, learning experience
Consno paid time vacation, poor management, unrealistic expectations, overworked, toxic environment, low pay, limited/slow growth
