No frills is a great place to work but all you have yo do remember customer is always right. Daily work as a team member and respect others.

Fun and great people but some of the people are not so great s d mentality exhausting

Incredibly stressful jobs with little to no recognition

Tasks are manageable, I learned that management will lie to you about how you are doing. Management cared for themselves more than the mental/physical health of employees. Workplace culture very reminiscent of a high school. Hardest part of the job was working as hard as possible and continuously being talked about behind your back BY management. Most enjoyable part of the job were the other employees who had it just as bad as I did.

Mostly agreeable however they do employ some bad managers who are quite disagreeable.

Friendly work environment

Really loved working here it was my first job. I’m moving on now to other opportunities. The managers were very understanding when it came to time off and such. Everyone I worked with was very nice. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the customers while often times they were very nice they had their moments.

Dead end job, only good to temporarily make ends meet , not to be used to be making a living with.

With no safety plan in place. For a job as a student it was not terrible, but would never go back.

For a job as a student it was not terrible. However, the culture and environment of the workplace was not positive or uplifting most days; but there was always a few staff and customers that made it bearable. The tasks and duties asked of certain staff were also drastically different for the same job title, some staff did nothing and got praised where others worked super hard and got looked past.

Its a good place to start for the begginers

It helps you to learn how to treat customers and deal with people, colleagues, and managers who are ok and respectful, the only hard part of the Job is dealing with some rude customers which Im sure many are familiar with.

Productive and fun work environment

What is the best part of working at the company?The schedule is flexible, comfortable environment to work in, great boss, supportive supervisors , employee discount and overall, I enjoy being a cashier at Nofrills.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?As a cashier with no formal experience, it’ was difficult to memorize all the product codes but like I mentioned earlier, I have supportive supervisors who are willing and genuinely ready to help without making you feel uncomfortable. The training helps and all is going great What is the work environment and culture like at the company?The environment is very comfortable, friendly and peaceful. There’s respect for boundaries, cultural differences and social values.
