Just as the title says. The only extraordinary thing about it is how ordinary it is. All NoFrills are very standardized so going from store to store, owner to owner you won't notice much of a difference. Arrive to work, grab a cart, start stocking. There will never be a second where you aren't working. Teaching is rushed, and time is very tight and monitored. Pay is very mediocre for the work put in, and within 2 weeks you'll be looking at any and every college course. It was easy for a high schooler to apply and work at the business. I stocked shelves, so it was fairly easy and I got along with other employees. Only complaints I would have for the company, would be from the customers, some were rude, some men were creepy, but you get that everywhere.

Management doesn’t know what they’re doing. They’ll tell you to do something then freak out because you didn’t do something else instead. They’ll blame you for things that were their fault. If they don’t like you, you’ll know it, and so will everyone else in the store.
