What is the interview process like at No Frills?

I had a very perfectional interview following with a 5day period to study different codes and returned to be tested if passing the I then was giving an employment package to read and fill out questions then I was hired ti train on 6 shifts before working on my own. thank you

Got called to come in for an interview and was given 4 days to prepare. My interview was 10 minutes long. Was asked simple questions like "tell me about yourself" and "what do you do if you get a not so nice customer?" Was also asked if I was nervous and there was some humour and light conversation to keep things less nerve-wracking. Overall good experience, just have some thought put into your answers.

Talked to the manager for 5 minutes and got the job

On-site interview, with a small written component.

Pants and shirt. Must lift weight 20 lb up? Typing speed how much words in one minute?

Not much of one, just go in and if they're hiring you have a job

Very simple

Lots of questions.. lasts about 15 minutes. but they hire you on the spot if u do decent
