They don't offer vacation because only the managers and full-time staff have benefits. They promise you hours during the interview and then give you 2 days a week in between a cutoff period.

Zone vacation pay is held to the first week in January so no matter what you can’t access your vacation pay until termination or end of the year.

I don't ever remember there being a strict vacation policy. The schedules were very flexible, just get someone to cover your shift and notify a manager.

Not great. when I asked for time off in the summer I was taken off the schedule.

We get 2 days a year that we can call in sick and still get paid which is good. I am not sure on actual vacation days. If we need days off we just have to book it as far in advance as we can and they try to accommodate.
