Does No Frills allow for flexible working hours? Or are the hours set?

Hours can be flexible but it depends on the times asked
Pretty easy to book time off and then you won't be scheduled for that time.

Flexible working hours. You hand over a time frame of how many days your available for, preferably 4 hours or more a day. Hours are set for a week and change every end of the week for the next week.
