Assistant Service Manager (Former Employee) – Kingston, ON – 25 April 2019
Enjoyed the company and the job, but long hours didn't make for a good work/life balance. Top management had no values and treated their clients poorly- this made it difficult being the front face that greeted them.
Extended Services (Former Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 2 April 2019
The company in Canada is filled with interns from all over the world. Also, for many business units they tend to use agency. As such there is a lack of organizational culture. HR departments is lacking and many functions are located in USA. I witnessed some very unprofessional behaviors from senior leadership in certain business units. As everywhere there are many nice people, however there is culture of micromanagement and lack of employee engagement. No flexibility in work and many places are crowded and distracting.
Pay is ok, benefits are good
Organizational Culture, Bad Apples in Management and Leadership
Receptionist (Former Employee) – North Vancouver, BC – 7 February 2019
While working for Nissan, I was in charge of answering the phone, taking messages, responding to emails and stocking in all the cars that came to the store. I learned a lot at this job, especially about car sales.
I am not reviewing nissan because i did not work for nissan i worked at a dealership of theirs and it was just ducky. The team was really great and i loved all the guys. I just could not commit to the hours required and was not giving them all that they needed.
Infiniti Technician (Former Employee) – Guelph, ON – 16 July 2018
Poorly organised new dealership with no management experience to make everyday things run smoothly. Had to fight every job to get paid. Claimed to be flat rate shop, but made up there own book times instead of following industry standards.
Finance Manager (Current Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 1 May 2018
The workplace culture is high-pressured due to the competitive nature of the auto industry. Management style can vary greatly on the business unit, as a result there is not a standard corporate culture that would fit a set social personality or leadership style.
High pressure and fast pace work place but turn up with good customer services
Sales Representative (Former Employee) – 7200 Yonge street – 20 April 2018
Nice place to work with fun sometimes even a lots of pressure every day cause of the nature of the sales job, you have to have the ability to meet and qualify the customer in short time like 5 minutes , and you will provide accurate model to meet their need financially as well. in couple hours or less you can close the deal with customer's satisfy. it's high pressure and fast pace make me stronger to hold up a solid skill to provide good customer services also meet the owner's satisfy .
yes, free lunch on every Saturday. good commission
