Must be great at communicating (mostly written communication with most teams) and be ok to work independently. Attention to detail is very important. The job can be overwhelming but once you figure it out, things become easier. However, things are in constant change, so must be comfortable with constant changes too.

I had the freedom to do my job as I wanted to, I was never asked to run contrary to regs. I really enjoyed being part of their organization.

What is the best part of working at the company?Flexible dispatch, destinations all over US, good pay. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?This is not a stressful company to work for, but occasionally there would be delays with return loads being ready vs when the shipper said they would be ready. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?There was a lot of support from the office staff whenever any issue came up. 10/10What is a typical day like for you at the company?You decide how your day is going to go. If you are productive, you make money, and you can get coaching to reach your goals.

La compagnie la moins respectueuse de ses chauffeurs

Attendre pour un pickup de retour peut prendre des heures voir des jours, et ce, sans grandes compassions. La compagnie ne se préoccupe de ses chauffeurs, surtout Québécois français.Les temps d’attente ne sont pas payés, sauf si vous menacez de quitter. Les journées de maladies ne sont généralement pas payées.

Ne sont pas fatiguant, bon camion

Management, service de la paye, trop long à énumérer

A very well organized chaos by people who have no clue what they are doing

Only few people know what to do in the office and want to do the job as is supposed to. Rest of them, just pretending doing something. Over all they are very far from professionalism and are able to tell 3 lies in 2 words. The good drivers are staying with them for more then 3 - 4 months. Any step they make is wrong but they are so good to blame whoever is handy, but them. Be very careful with the payments!!!

En général, et par rapport a d'autres compagnies de transport, Nishan est un employeur qui se place dans la moyenne.

Paie, les camions pratiquement neufs

Cons

Communications avec les opérations, chauffeurs sont traités comme des numéros, les infrastructures pour les chauffeurs auraient besoin d'une mise à jour, certains départements ne sont pas à l'écoute des chauffeurs, peu de temps personnel

If you like stress and like to treated like a number its the right choice.People there has to respect of Canadian driver all they care is there wallet driver are treated like slave.

Company has very sorry management and horrible place to work. You have been warned. Pay sucks and they don't respect you. The other drivers are arrogant. The management are backstabbing and mean.

good company when considering salary and job security . Office area requires considerable upgrade. requires a new approach to driver recruitment and retention. Location is good for anyone residing in the West Island of Montreal. Terminal will be more esthetically pleasing as well as more functional when renovations to the building and parking area are completed.
