Great people and fun work environment
Working at Nike was a great experience as the people, pay rate, and employee discounts are amazing. The hardest part of the job was being micro-managed and nit-picked, even when store was dead and weren't allowed to talk to each other.

Resourceful
Value your mental health. It is the most important thing. Lots of things learned, friendships made, saw various management changes. It is important to stand up for yourself.

Fun place to work
Working at Nike is a fun experience, you learn more about the company as you go. Staff is welcoming and push you to succeed. Unfortunately there is a high turnover due to high sales demands. Other than that, pay could be increased a little more for BOH staff as shipment can be tedious at times.

Interview questions

They asked me if i know anything about Nike and I had no clue but I mentioned I was willing to learn and I was a fast learner. They asked me what my year plan was, who I thought the biggest competitor was, why should they hire me, what would my last employer say about me, and how I would help an unhappy customer. Overall easy interview.
