NICE uses the phrase "industry standard" to justify their race to the bottom for salary and benefits. They have a draconian approach to expense management for employees on the road. Would rather save $100 in flights and have their team fly an extra 3-4 hours, losing billable time worth $700. Short sighted approach to expense and revenue management.
Senior Support Engineer (Current Employee) – Base Location is Delhi but mostly I am traveling. – 5 August 2015
As A support Engineer, I mainly work with Client on site. Giving 24/7 support on site or on call, I user to work on Domain, Support NICE properietary software and Troubleshooting. Management is really good here and they help the engineers on everything they need. Hardest thing in this job is to get leisure time. We have such contracts with the customer that we cannot leave the station. So, even i used to visit different parts of the world but didnt get much time to visit nearby places. The most amazing thing in IT is that everyday you have new issues and I always enjoy troubleshooting and resolve issues ASAP.
