It should include more diversity in their employment pool as many people in roles in other companies could have a lot to offer them. Their way of hiring is almost discriminatory against anyone who does not know anyone working there already or has graduated. They should not advertise jobs if hiring only from within. As for the school, it has a lot of opportunities to be even more amazing but I believe needs to be more inclusive of the community population that allow them to be so wonderful.
