Taking a minute to review NFP Canada.
It's your typical 9-5 with events sprinkled in throughout the year to break up the day to day. I learned that not everyone is going to have the same experience here. What bothers me specifically is lack of communication regarding work I'm involved in. Management is a variation of personalities, you won't like everyone no matter where you work. There are leaders amongst bosses though. Culture is decent, they try to make work an inclusive environment. Depends on the department though. Biggest peeve is location in respect to commute. It's a high traffic and congested area but its in the Don Mills Shops. It's worth it when you want good food & window shopping. I think what I enjoy most is the project work, not doing the same thing for too long.

Management needs more training
worked for NFP in Mississauga as an account manager for the last few years however when it did turn into NFP it went downhill further as management now had people to answer to. Employees were quite unhappy in my office and the positive reviews are from the email sent out by management asking for kind words. There need to be more emphasis on staff training and inclusiveness.

Great culture - best place I have worked
Speaking of CBA Canada division of NFP , management were some of the most intelligent , honest and respectful people I have worked for. I always felt like they had confidence in my abilities and was given work that was challenging/rewarding often. Always felt like my work was appreciated when completed.
