Company is in trouble, needs direction and innovation
This company has some very smart and talented people working there but it gets squandered on endless meetings about meetings with no clear direction and an unhealthy financials. The company will go under if they are not able to get their technology in order and actually provide a product that meets market demand.

Won't be winning any 'Best Places to Work' Awards anytime soon
Majority of management team is a carry over from the Janna days. Lack management abilities, communication skills, empathy for others. Many employees are made to work around the clock and get little to no recognition for their efforts. Meanwhile the slackers come in mid morning, leave right at 5, call in sick frequently and take long lunches. They should have been fired years ago. History of promoting unqualified people into more senior roles as a way to keep them from leaving. Resulting in a slew of Directors/VPs who have no idea what they are doing.

Great for career starting
Great for career starting. Layoffs do occur. Company currently in turmoil but seems to be heading in the right track (took about 3 years to do so) Work life balance can be challenging,

Smart people working with a great product
This company has an enormous amount of talented and smart people. The company has recently changed their culture, values, mission and vision. It’s helping us all feel recognized, important and on top of that we want to commit ourselves more to the business. I believe that as the time goes by, we will become the #1 tech firm to work at. This will take some time but we will get there. It isn’t difficult - just make sure your employees are happy, you have a solid product and you promote the business as a great place to work. This will all help towards the bottom line.

Lots of Opportunity to Grow! Love the Freedom of Hours!
Ok so NexJ is pretty cool when it actually comes to the hours of work. Recently the Exec team has been switched up and it’s WAY better. People actually come to work feeling free!! We can make our hours. Core hours are 10-4 pm and it really does depend on the wok you do, but most managers are sticklers. They also recently came up with a values, a mission and vision which is really good. Now there’s actually direction. The CFO and CEO and all othe ppl are really cool, and helpful. They know their stuff and really try to make everyone feel comfortable. The ppl are amazing here - it’s the reason I’ve stayed for so long!! So I recommend. Try it out and see if it’s for you. Good for new grads for developers and other positions!
