Great culture no advancement
I have been with Newtopia for about a year and the culture and the training are amazing. You learn a lot about how to be better at your job which is really wonderful.
The downfall is that there is no advancement especially if you work remotely. You will essentially be doing the same thing day in and day out with no real incentive to progress in the company. Also, raises are few and far between and very low, like I am talking by 25 cents.

The people are friendly and helpful. It is a laid back atmosphere. A lot of great benefits about working for this company. Still building processes to assure better business practices.

Working at Newtopia
Start up company with less or no management support. Too many work hours. No personal/work life balance. Not looking forward to work there again. Not an exciting work place to go to.

Room to grow, but so far so good.
Best work culture I have ever experienced. Management truly want the best for you and for the company. Everyone supports each other and lends a hand, is willing to learn and willing to share their knowledge. Very understanding managers/team leads. CEO is open and keeps everyone up to date on company news, but also listens to the concerns and suggestions from his employees. Only negative is the Care Team who gossip non stop. Everybody else has each other’s backs.
Great culture and values
Really nice people all sharing the same values of trying to help individuals get healthy. Collaborative culture, supportive management team. You have to work hard but the work is recognized.
