  • Goes through busy times like Summer for tourists and any holidays, especially Christmas. Busier the better as I like my days To go fast.

  • NCC is a face paced environment. There is healthy growth. A great contribution to the NL economy and a fabulous ambassador for the province!

  • Typically busy seasonally (Christmas, Easter, etc) and slow in the off-season. Can be overwhelming during Christmas when poor planning often leads to severe stock shortages.

  • Depends based on department. Production and packaging departments are generally very busy and overworked.

  • Retail is busy, know what you're applying for. A mall will always go through busy spurts and slow times. That's the fun! So much fun talking to tourists especially!

  • It's retail plain and simple, it goes through cycles...holidays and occasions are busy. Christmas of course is the busiest, again like every retail store especially in a Mall. When did retail staff become so entitled and lazy that because they make minimum mage they don't want to work when the work is needed and then blame Management because the stores have lots of customers? I don't get it. Busy times in retail are literally the most fun you can have. It's chocolate...it's not complicated or stressful.

  • Ranging from very, very slow to high-intensity depending on season and business levels. Holiday times were very stressful with nothing done by leadership to alleviate stress levels.

  • April to November dead. November til just after Easter busy except for January cause everyone is on a diet

  • No matter how hard you work, it will never be enough.

  • Busy, but very manageable.
