Have a mini interview with staff with them basically seeing your attitude and personality when not with manager.
Call from manager seeing when available for interview.
Interview with manager, and if liked start asap. If not, told that we will call if you got the job or not.
Training will occur for two weeks, but shifts are dependant on worker.
Training finishes, you're on your own.
All within a month.

If you can get someone to cover your shift, you can have as many unpaid ones as you want. No paid ones. If no one agrees to cover your shift and you are unable to go in, you instantly get fired. Management is not understanding, even if you're in the hospital.
