They will promise a raise "verbally" and when the time comes for raise based on performance evaluation they will ask you to show on a piece of paper that they promised any raise to you. And the very next day be prepared to sign a WARNING LETTER for common reasons as follows:
1. Rude behavior
2. Non-compliance to company policy (could be anything from their outdated manual situated right in front of Receptionist's office)
3. Under- performance
4. Erratic behavior
5. Argumentative behavior
6. If you are a driver:
6(a). Refusing a trip that you did anyway
6(b). Holding your PAY when it is the responsibility of concerned Dispatcher/Planner to assign you a trip with clear instructions.
6(c). Deduction of "safety bonus" even if you are innocent and even if you prove it.
Never get any raises instead they take away safety bonuses. Which they tell after you get hired how they split there wages. They don’t pay for waiting.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
