Coworkers ok, management/owner not so much

If being micromanaged is your dream job, with little to no respect for you as a person then this is your place. Transparency/accountability is non-existent here.

Stressful and no job security

Stressful work environment, no job security. Owner is rude and have many tantrums. They terminate people within a week or 2 of joining. High employee turnover. Unsupportive owner, so called director and coordinators. Only keep people from their family.

Lack of support, high stress environment

Unfortunately, there is a lack of support for new hires in terms of concrete guidance and training, and upper management has an unpleasant habit of going on verbal tirades against employees which can create an uncomfortable and hostile working environment.
