12 questions about working at New City Contracting
You normally work eight hours a day and if you have to work OT you have to get it approved by the office first, but if they want you to work OT they expect you to be available when they ask no questions asked. If you are on salary, which I was they will not pay you time and a half for OT. I had to take my own vehicle on Saturday n Sunday 2.5 hrs each direction n put in a 10 hr day n never got paid for it.
