A great place to work in
I am so grateful that I was hired an year ago. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. After every event, Q&A, all-hands, there's an option to leave feedback and the feedback is actually read and action is taken.Rope Access Technician Sub-Contractor in Vancouver, BC

They do all types and levels of work for rope access.
I would like to work there again. Cuz they offer work all year round and they pay well and they get you all certificates that you needed for rope access, I love high elevation work. Diego GuzmanSite Supervisor in Victoria, BC

Huge turnover rate!
I have worked for this company for 9 months and the company has gone through 5 employees that I know of. They hire their Supervisors and Superintendents on as labourers, foremen, and supervisors. They hire you on as salary and then they expect weekends out of you and tell you they will reimburse you but they don’t. My Superintendent found another job and he had 40+ days of banked overtime hours and they didn’t give him a penny. I could go on but there isn’t enough room to type it all.Project Manager in vancouver

Great company and a fun and supportive team
I am grateful to learn from great leaders and lucky to be involved in such a forward thinking, ambitious company. The owner constantly give us opportunities to change the company for the better. All the Senior team is super knowledgeable, helpful, caring and hard worker. This a great place for starters and for people with lots of ideas and hunger to lead new initiatives. What would you say about your employer?
