Client Experience (Former Employee) –  Remote7 August 2019
I am a businesswoman and must say I have never experienced a company with such low integrity and ethics. A female sales person frequently lied to me. I soon learned the company struggles with honesty and respectful behavior at the leadership level. Their objective is obscene wealth as well as employee AND client manipulation & control. The product is ridiculous. They tend to hire very young people with no prior job experience, and it didn't take long to figure out why. Stay away from this company.

Project Manager (Current Employee) –  New York, NY17 July 2019
Management does NOT practice what they preach. As you are being poorly micromanaged by control freaks, you will be treated as a ten year old child. Not a place for true professionals.

Pros and Cons
Project Manager (Current Employee) –  New York, NY7 November 2018
Collaborative environment filled with smart, capable people. Flexible work schedule and great vacation package.

Salary and benefits are below average, especially in the NYC market, and key stakeholders/leaders in the business do NOT practice what they preach. Leads to a lot of uncertainty and not feeling supported as an employee.

An organised self trained and lot of learning curves.
Client Partner (Former Employee) –  Mumbai10 November 2016
Days are usually busy tapping clients and there are lot of learnings, especially how to organize your work, prioritizing your work, impromptu. Management is highly talented and efficient, also values your suggestions and opinions. Co-workers are highly co-operative and work together as a team. The hardest part of job would be to keep leaning and updating with the new methods and simultaneously closing on daily/weekly targets. The most enjoyable part of the job was to interact with top notched professionals and crack a deal out of them.
Pros
Get self trained, Embibe your learnings in your work.
Cons
Restrictions in terms of doing something innovative.
