What is the interview process like at Neo Financial?

  • The first "interview" is more of a screening call. someone video calls you, its a 15 minute slot, and they just ask your availability and about your resume. the second interview is a virtual group interview. personally i didnt enjoy the virtual interview because there's 8 people and so you only have time for 2-3 questions each before the time is up. its a waste, just interview people separately.
