Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Saint John, NB10 June 2019
I will never work or shop with this company ever again, the way i was treated there was disgusting , when i needed help and asked for help there was no effort to help me nor did the manager listen to suggestions from the other staff. Owner is very good at manipulating his employees. I do not recommend working here.

Station Attendant / Cashier (Former Employee) –  Moncton, NB11 September 2018
A typical day at work did not feel like a hassle and was easily doable. Management was super friendly and approachable when it came to problem solving questions.

Clerk, Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Tantallon, NS23 May 2017
For little or no recognition, work here. If you like being the only one working and not getting a break for 4+ hours because you can't leave the front. This is your place

extremely fast pace
Cashier (Former Employee) –  Corner Brook, NL15 January 2015
Working at Needs, I got to work in a fast past environment and I enjoyed it very much. I got along with everyone when we had to work together and also enjoyed being alone.

The hardest part of the job was at certain times there would be a line up in the store and by yourself you had to serve them all with what they wanted. Especially if you had to serve the ice cream yourself.

I loved the customers, the management, and coworkers.
Pros
You can make as many little breaks as you want when no was in the store.
Cons
You always had to be on your feet. No lunch break.
