They hire highly qualified individuals but do not grant them decision making ability and/or do not listen to advice and recommendations. The executive team rarely interact with lower levels within the organization. The big picture does not flow from the top down. The CEO acts like a sales person, not someone tasked with the long term direction of the company
The company is currently going through a structural transition from a small shop to an Enterprise. Work is good there, co-workers are awesome. Management has to learn a bit more to face the challenges of the transition. Company is growing fast without facing the old challenges. All in all a good workplace in general.
