Decent place to work.-The organization is still struggling with how to manage hybrid working long term. Right now flexibly to WFH is high. 👍🏻-Some teams are VERY tight and have worked together for many years. In other teams, it's been tough connecting with them through Covid. Hopefully this will continue to improve.-Pay is quiet good, I'm not sure why people complain about this so often. Perhaps that's how it got to be so good 🙂

Good place to work once you get past the training. Many applicants do not make it through the training which is paid and has great support staff throughout, however it is extremely difficult due to the nature of the work.

Productive, adjusting and time sensitive at the same time

As an intern there and being there for short time, I loved working fo NAV CANADA. As any other employer, they have had their expectations and deadlines and that is necessary from my viewpoint. They used to have breakfast and team lunches before initiating a deadline and after ending one. loved that they take care of their employees by offering fruits everyday at the premises. they have great benefits and salary packages. Staff is friendly and professional at the same time.
