line Worker (Current Employee) –  Abbotsford, BC23 September 2019
This company is lost-union company and the upper management is a joke

Complete disrespect employees rights and not a lot of respect for what the team can do
English is a second language in this facility and rarely spoken on the floor

Production Worker (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC22 February 2018
Unfortunately, I was a general worker, the job was simple but physical. You don`t have responsibility but the salary is also the minimum, is good as a part-time job.

ouvrier au "Nature's Touch" usine (Montreal) (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC11 November 2015
Work place really enjoyable, also the time of playing football in the week-ends with my job-mates. The rest is work-work-work. All the sanitary conditions at high level, punctuality, and cheerfulness in all movements because of the low temperature (4 degree Celsius, and in the freezer -18 degrees).

Office Manager (Current Employee) –  Montreal30 August 2013
I oversee most of the operations of this company from production to delivery to customer and everything in between. I have learned a tremendous amount about the frozen fruit industry and the health benefits. I have a wonderful dedicated staff and enjoy working for this company. This job poses different challenges on a daily bases which keeps your mind active and is never boring.
Pros
Vacations are possible whenever and as often as you wish, provided you can handle things while away from the office.
Cons
Stressful at times, but not often.
