intersting
Interesting Knowledgeable There was a bit to take in when it came to family law. You have to be professional at all times, lot of information to receive and adjust

Garbage place to work
Lackadaisical management, with no regard for your well being. The kitchen manager is a joke and shouldn't be in charge of anything. If you like cooking, don't work here.

The one great advantage of working with NCSA is the interaction and application of traditional culture. However, your job is constantly being held over your head. There is very little communication from management to lower employees.

Productive, excellent environment for continued learning and growth.
Left NCSA with confidence and a strong ability to advocate for anyone in need. NCSA taught me the valuable lesson of thinking and working outside the box, doing more than your job description entails if necessary for the benefit of the client.
