Don't expect to get anywhere
Parcel Handler (Former Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 7 July 2018
On one hand, this is a fairly decent place to get your feet wet for a labor-intensive job. Standard pay, benefits once you pass the probation period, steady working hours, again fairly standard fare that gives you a good benchmark for how things work in the industry.
That said, there are next to no opportunities for advancement (so you'll be stuck in the same position forever), there is little to no communication between the office and the floor (which leads to absolute chaos as parcels end up not getting to where they're supposed to go), and the management don't seem to understand the point of "regular maintenance" for the machinery.
Go here if you want something temporary of wanted to try something new. Just don't plan on staying long.
Steady working hours, you always get weekends off
