Wages are below industry average and they are too busy flying managers all over the continent and having golf trips to give decent raises. Work conditions are often dark, dusty and poorly maintained. Safety is only relevant if it doesn't interfere with productivity. Company constantly advertises itself to employees and makes big announcements that are rarely followed through with. Work experience highly dependant on indivual location teams; some facilities are significantly better/worse than others. Employees who do as little as possible are treated the same as or better than those who put in maximum effort.
