Since – more... 1999 we have driven our organization fueled by continuous innovation, collaboration, and feedback via our customers & team. We not only manage the yards of warehouses, manufacturing plants, regional distribution centres, and cross-dock facilities across North America - but also the largest growing team in the industry. With this growth, comes the responsibility and duty to always stay true to the principles that got us to where we are. In consistently providing a hands on training program to all operators, coupled with individuals that want to learn day in and day out, we have found no matter how big the operation, it is all about the team that drives it. We do more than move trailers—we move expectations. NSSL prides ourselves on becoming a partner, employer, and team of choice.

Currently, NSSL employs more than 500 team members across North America that service major transportation hubs. As a family-owned company in business for over 20 years, we’ve always taken a people-first approach to running our organization. Our environment of respect, loyalty, and communication enables our people to roll up their sleeves together, learn new skills, and grow their careers.

Our drivers and field operators are the backbone of many critical North American supply chains. That’s why we’ve built a team of management and administrative professionals to ensure that our drivers are supported with our industry’s most robust benefits, training, technology, and safety programs. At NSSL, every team member plays a critical role in achieving operational excellence. And as our organization grows, we’re continuously looking for hardworking people that are innately driven to develop and learn. If this sounds like you, please apply!
