Tedious of work and bad job security at the moment
Poor management. Lack of job security at the moment. Barely had communications with the manager. Good benefit. Great work-life balance. Not bad for getting another job.

There is no proper direction. Management members require more leadership training
A good place to work - not busy.I did not learn anything new at NRCManagement - very weak generally (there are exceptions)There are good people who help you succeed and many do not like seeing success in others. There is nothing hard if you have few years of prior experience. You get a lot of training before you really start doing the work.
