Line chef (Current Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 8 March 2014
A typical day at work starts afternoon till evening. Wear neat and clean uniform and shoes. Then start work on line. Serve customers waiting for the food and take new orders. All co-workers help each other. Hardest part of the job is closing, because there is only half hour to close which is a bit not enough. Most enjoyable part of the job is the mid time of work when there is not much work load.
good basic level salary as compared to others in same industry
Instructor (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 30 April 2018
NAIT is a very political company there are large teams of people whose sole purpose is fund raising. The organization really has very little time for the people actually instructing. In some departments Instructors are hired for short term only. They are required to bring the courses up to date then the old timers take over to casually deliver the material written by others.
