Fantastic place to work if you want to grow and become an irrigation tech.
Great place to work, they will train you and challenge you to become the best but you will most definitely have to earn it and show them that you are worth it.Had a great opportunity to be working for them and some of the project we got into where awesome.

Naiad is the most organized company I've ever worked for. Their safety program is incredible, I've never felt unsafe at work. The management genuinely cares about you, you're not just a # to them. Coworkers are all great and easy to get along with. Just an overall great company to work for!
