Private (works in office) (Current Employee) – Terrebonne, QC – 8 April 2018
The company has excellent leadership and management teams where everyone is individually recognized for their hard work, their achievements and has the opportunity to grow within the company. I am grateful to have the opportunity in being a part of the Nelmar team and working with their other companies. All businesses should follow their model. Walking into an office every day where everyone is happy is rare. I look forward to going to work every morning. Customer service, sales, account management, marketing, accounting, production and warehouse - it’s an overall excellent company. Everyone is passionate with what they do and that’s what makes it such an excellent and fast growing company. Low employee turnover, perfect product and services and no customer complaints. Beautiful and clean office.
Production Manager (Current Employee) – Terrebonne, QC – 12 July 2017
Work for NELMAR is such a great experience where we can have a chance to grow professionally and personally. CEO, Vice-presidents, directors, managers and supervisors always close to production team, always cooperating to each other, doors always open to whoever needs it. Super clean environments, new machinery, great facility with a free gym on site for all employees. Nice yearly events like barbecue, sugar shack, pizza day and a tremendous Christmas party with lot of prizes and so much fun to everybody! Safety, safety above everything! Then quality and production! Being part of NELMAR's family is such an honor!
Yearly events like barbecue, sugar shack, Christmas party, benefits, life insurance, critical illness insurance, fair salary
Marketing (Former Employee) – Terrebonne, QC – 1 May 2017
The company is successful and has a great product. All those working in the factory portion of the business seem happy and are recognized for their work. In the office however, a VP manages through fear and bullying and management turns a blind eye. People are hired and fired by her several times a year, and she is not recognized as the problem. It's a shame since the president is a reasonable person, but he believes this VP is responsible for his profits when really it's the superior product selling itself.
gym, good benefits and bonuses
located in middle of nowhere, no flexibility for life/work balance
