Decent workplace but no fun

Senior Software Specialist (Former Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - 26 February 2018

Management is old school and serious type, so no fun really. Otherwise decent workplace and located in a good area - St.Marks Road. So location and availability is a big plus, specially in Bangalore. Not much benefits or perks(compared to other software houses , such as Microsoft, Google, Facebook, and likes), such as free meals, or free breakfast. No team outing or such. Work is very engaging and tense, you barely get a breather, once a product is launched, immediately start working on another sprint. All in all, an okay place to work.

Amazing place to work

Currently working here, work life balance is so good. Employee is engaged at activities in culture or sports or events every month along with the work. Pay and salary hike is very good. management team is excellent. on site opportunities are limited.
