No such thing as a daily routine, this job kept me active, never knew what was going to happen or what needed to be worked on this job required a lot of thinking outside the box and creation/learning on the fly.

It is a great place to get on your resume as most employers seem to get very excited when they see Nasdaq on your resume. Therefore, if you can get at least 1 year under your belt and move forward then that would be the best play. The pay is awful vs the work that is expected of you. You get good experience and the people are great. But you are overworked and underpaid and horrible work life balance. Its like Investment Banking (not as intense but still) minus the pay.
