Good place to start your career

Indeed featured review

Good place to start your career. Company cares about employee experience and offers good benefits, but work life balance is poor and leadership can be lacking in certain departments.

Great Name to Get on Your Resume, but Unless You Are in New York...Good luck!

It is a great place to get on your resume as most employers seem to get very excited when they see Nasdaq on your resume. Therefore, if you can get at least 1 year under your belt and move forward then that would be the best play. The pay is awful vs the work that is expected of you. You get good experience and the people are great. But you are overworked and underpaid and horrible work life balance. Its like Investment Banking (not as intense but still) minus the pay.

Good experience

Good experience overall. Great culture. Friendly work colleagues. Somewhat caring Management. Would recommend. Enjoyed the free cofee and fruits provided by Nasdaq. :)

Intense but rewarding work environment

The company mixes great opportunities for learning and advancement with strong incentives, in a rapidly changing environment that can be both stressful and challenging.

Co-Workers make the transitioning workplace a fun environment

A typical day at work requires answering many emails, reconciling accounts and resolving client issues, then calling clients. .
