Work environment is 6 days on - 1 day off for the full summer season. You are travelling to different towns and cities and living in poor motels with at least two other people.
Pay is $200 upfront and you need to sell at least 50 contracts before your pay will go up to the $400.00 level. Deducted from your pay if you miss collecting certain payment methods, activation, and working with point systems on alarms.
If you stay with the company you should get a backend check with remaining pay equaling $400.00/alarm. HOWEVER, you need to reach the minimum of 50 accounts to qualify.
Out of 50 people that started on our team 8 finished the season. Average income reported for the summer was around $12,000 for 4 months of work. (Season is MAY 1 - AUG 31)
If you work as a technician be prepared to do a lot of driving from job to job. Most sales are reported in small communities and farms. You will be driving your own vehicle and responsible for your own gas and wear and tear on your vehicle.
Average techs make about $60.00 for a basic installation and can make more selling upgrades. Overall most you can make on an install is around $100 with Fluent. factor in your expenses and it's considerably less.
