Good opportunity for growth
Manager, Long Term Care (Former Employee) - Chatham-Kent, ON - 27 February 2022
The division I worked in was in a field that has struggled with adequate ministry funding, staffing and at times, challenging ministry regulations. Salary and benefits were good, especially for the area, but the high demands of the LTC field sometimes detracted from that. I was fortunate to have many opportunities over the years with CK to expand my knowledge and spread my wings, taking on new projects and gaining new experiences. Ultimately my career has been able to take a turn down a different path to the HR field as a result, which I am very grateful for. My time with CK, although very stressful and challenging at times, was well worth it.

General Labourer (Former Employee) - Chatham-Kent, ON - 30 April 2020
Fair work environment with a good team of coworkers and caring responsible supervisors. Variety of tasks to be done each day, with the most difficult tasks being evenly divided amongst the team not just placed on the lowest seniority workers.

Overall, would recommend
Lifeguard and Swim Instructor (Former Employee) - Chatham-Kent, ON - 8 December 2019
Good workplace that is slightly understaffed and has a few organizational issues. Good student job with many nice people. Pays decently well, however, does not cover costs of certain trainings and uniforms that other employers normally would.

Great Pay, Benefits Great team to work with!
Account Processing Assistant (Current Employee) - Chatham-Kent, ON - 3 December 2019
Remuneration is excellent. Applying for a job is excruciating painful. Must completed a career profile that must tailor your resume to match the answers you provide. Experience, competency and skills not as important as a University degree.

Horrible work experience
Tourism Product Development Officer (Former Employee) - Chatham-Kent, ON - 16 August 2017
Loved the job... management, however, was horrible. Absolutely no help from HR - if anything, they made it worse. It's been a few years and I still see the same things happening there.

Outdoor Environment
Equipment Operator (Current Employee) - Chatham, ont - 28 May 2015
I currently work in a field that incorporates a team work environment working in all types of weather. It is a company who promotes public relations and safety consciousness. The job requires the ability to multitask, and the safe use of traffic plans. The daily tasks vary greatly from asphalt pothole filling, yard pick up, road safety blocks, and many more options.
