How pathetic it is to see that management is writing reviews trying to offset what multiple reviews agree on. This is a horrendous place... It is not true that there is room for growth.. It is true that the owners are abusive.. It is true that the owner expects his employees fighting each other.. It is true they do not believe in work life balance.. It is true that it is in constant disarray and that it is a revolving door.. It is true they don't believe in safety or process or system.. Those are foreign words for them.. Stay away from here... Not worth your time.

The company is still growing after 25 years in business, its not going to be an environment for everyone. Decisions are being made each day to begin proper processes to begin to fix the issues. It isn't as bad as it sounds. There have been promotions, employees who have been here many years are being recognized.
Yes, not a great system, but the company is looking to implement one soon, its in the works.
Its a good place to come in and hit the ground running. Open concept, transparent about what is happening in the business and at the least you know the expectations.
Summer hours, without having to make up the time. I don't know what company does that, its definitely a plus here. This place isn't for everyone, but you can certainly shine here, bring your ideas.
We are moving fast, results are coming.

You enter to this company, you are not safe.They can let you go any time. High turnover. Poor dirrections from managment. Poor performance. Supply chain is broken. Not friendly environment. You start your day evryone is just in their own cubicle.Nobody smile.Everyone is tense.Constant interaption.You are in the midle of a meeting people interupt. Some people are professional but they are waisting their time in this company.You report to one person somebody else evaluate your work. Do you want to take a risk?

A potentially very successful company if the HR dept and new COO would get their act together. There is plenty of internal talent whom have given their heart and soul to this company and continue to do so And it all goes unrecognized by the immediate management. They over look the talent that has kept this place afloat through its success. They have appreciated the profits and disregarded the efforts it took to get there. The owners clearly want this to change but the management they have in place will never bring this to fruition. In fact daily, they are working against it. Free snacks and coffee, clean office and break room facilities. Some very lovely people to work with.

Very hot with few fans. Management is racist towards Indians and blacks. Lots of heavy lifting and very noisy and dusty environment. Lots and lots of manual labor. Heavy lifting and using of sharp cutting tools.
Staff turn over is very very high.

Lack of corporate planning. Owners run the company the way it will destroy itself shortly. On one hand they say they want to change the culture on the other hand they contribute the worse qualities to the culture. If you join be prepared to work without corporate direction, spend your days putting out fires instead of executing against strategy and know you can be let go anytime, just like what happened every week. Stay away!
Multy home Lp is a company which producing home products not only in Canada but all over in North America some part in Europe and USA. The management were good they look always for the safety of their employees.

I will not recommend this place work for job whose has to work with production.Its too hot, dusty and noisy. Company has good benefit program; but zero regards for safety and training. Management want to to just produce more and more by any means which you may be ended up in any shift. Without cost calculation, quality standard, maintenance plan, future investment for development and HR support; one of the manufacturing facility just running on gods name. All director and managers are amazing; but money always runs out as it ran without planning.
