Very Toxic Work Environment
Concrete Labourer (Former Employee) –  Snow Lake, MB4 October 2019
Its a very horrible toxic environment, the management allows the supervisors to be ignorant and disrespectful to the fellow employees. When concern is addressed nothing is done about it, falls on deaf ears. There's always clicks in the company so if your not from a certain group or town of people your treated like an outsider, not a team player. Just a very toxic employer. Not recommended to anyone.
for the work they expect out of the employees

great co. flexable, easy going firm but fair, learned a great deal.
Driver/Operator (Former Employee) –  Kamloops, BC2 March 2017
made sure truck was ready to batch, all products for the batch mix were ready to go. my mixer trucks main job was to supply the underground mine with shot-crete to spray on the walls in the underground mine to stableize the walls to enable the miners to keep drilling further inside the mine, for gold and other products. I would batch my truck whenever they called for shotcrete, and drive it down to the mine entrance where i would unload into a transmixer and it would deliver the shotcrete to the sprayers in side the mine shaft.
Pros
coffee shack next to plant and great view of kamloops area, great friendly mix of poeple to work with.
Cons
extreme hours and travel on top was like a 14-14 hour day.

Laborer (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB28 December 2016
Multicrete systems helped me discover my love for more labor intensive jobs, depending on what shift (Morning/Nights) you are on determines your pay and what your day consists of. (i worked night shift for the large majority of my time here) Morning shift pumps concrete into forms and (normally) night shift would reset the forms and finish off blocks.Management is very good and are very aware as to hows work is getting done around the shop, you WILL have to work Saturdays sometimes after a 5 day week which can put off some people who desire more free time with friends outside of work.
Get ready to bundle up this winter if you plan on applying, gloves are provided by the company but for a lot of other things your'e on your own.
Pros
Good pay, good workplace morale
Cons
Late, long hours
