Great for first job, don't expect much in growth
Good if you're starting off. The job itself is pretty easy, but you need to wear many tasks and different hats on the job. However, good luck growing within the company.

Great team environment, met some of the best coworkers here! Pay is to expected from a retail position like this. management is also good in the sense that they listen to most of your concerns.

Great Coworkers, Not-So-Great Management
Working as an associate is really fun if you like engaging with the customers. At MUJI you are required to learn about every part of the store and the materials that are used (types of fabrics, design, and the pros and cons). Coworkers are what made it a good experience as upper management was not around much.

Honestly out of all the retail environments I have been in, MUJI is one of the best ones. Not only have I felt like I found some of the nicest people to work with, you feel rewarded and learn a lot about the brand.
