I very happy to here that you don't do background checks they cost to much to get done.

This was a big problem for me. Well, initially it was said to be job ready by 3 months, however the expectations weren't extremely unrealistic. They wanted me ready in 2 weeks which was WAAAY too much for me too handle. I think if they took their time and didn't RUSH then the hiring process would have been more smoother. As in terms to steps? None. Everything there was improvised which too me wasn't a good idea.

There are periods that need to be covered (i.e. 10-2 or 5-8) being part time. Most hours are set in stone, weither you are working mornings, afternoons, or both.
