Do something about workplace gossiping, harassment, taunting, etc. Maybe hire more mature workers. Be strict on people chatting while at work or during the meeting.

Enforce and educate workers about workplace harassment and cultural sensitivity. Actually take harassment cases seriously. Train managers to detect harassment and resolve it quickly before someone snaps and it gets worse.
