I learned a lot at MSI

Most days were the same, occasionally you'd get a long, or difficult call, but I learned a lot about how to handle those situations. I alos learned how different types of telecom services work and how to go about calling into service company. Also, I learned how to talk on the phone as I used to dislike phone calls. The hardest part of the job was getting a call about something you've never done before and having to get help or figure it out without the customer becoming irate. The most enjoyable part was probably the people, between nice customers you meet over the phone and the people you worked with it was normally a very pleasant environment.

Workplace environment

I really like the workplace environment at MSi. So much support when you are on the job, with frontline support plus your managers. All managers and employees are very friendly and helpful and always supportive.
