It varies depending upon your Line of Business but the call centre is open 730 to 10pm
8-10pm Monday to Saturday I believe
They vary depending on the Service Level Requirements but i tend to work 1 to 9 which is my preferred shift.
Depending on the queue 630 to 830 Eastern time or 730 to 10 Ontario
630 am to 1000pm midnight depending on the queue you work in
