I worked very hard and diligent but still received a layoff notice December 11th. I enjoyed the associates especially because there were only a few of us.

Avoid this company at any cost

Toxic environment, mean work colleagues, unprepared, unprofessional and abusive manager. The job is not difficult, but the people around you will make everything very difficult. People don't share information, not collaborative at all. A lot of people complain about developing anxiety after working there. Management is not impartial they make it very clear who are the ones they prefer and will benefit their favorite ones over any other employee.

Pros

Nothing. There was no more space for cons, so I'll continue here, There is no training at all, not sure if they know what a training is, Work colleagues are very competitive and not collaborative

Cons

Management has no clue what a it means to be a manager, The relatives of people working there have different treatment

En arrivant au travail, je dois voir que tous les outils et le matériel sont bien rangés comme je les ai laissés la veille. La propreté de mon lieu de travail est très importante. Je commence par consulter les commandes ainsi que leur délai et vérifier le stock dont j'ai besoin pour les accomplir. Si une commande est en commun je dois communiquer avec mes collègues pour bien planifier les tâches. Je donne une grande importance à la qualité de mon travail et je tiens à fournir des efforts. Un travail de qualité est bénéfique pour ma personne et pour l'entreprise.

Horrible place to work

This place is horrible, they treat people very much disrespect, hollaring, cursing, and throwing tantrums this is manager/supervisor.You make more money as contractor if they make you perm they lower your rates.There turn over is very high, never been at a job that looses so many employee's..They have no respect for anyone. They set goals that are very high and there no job advancement there, the moral there is low.But if your in between jobs this is good till you find a better one.
