No one has quit since new management has taken over. People have been let go if they don’t flow well/aren’t good at their jobs obviously.

New hires ride with everyone (at least the original 4) and employees make sure they won’t shoot themselves if they get hired, then management takes their feedback and watches their work ethic and work quality as well as customer service, all within the 3 month probation period. If all goes well, all ends well!
