Mr. Mow It All Pay & benefits reviews: Snow Plow Operator

A new hire for a while now and very much mislead by the job posting, by the interviewer and hr. It's $200 a week minimum if you work and not $200 a week even if there is no snow, like what I see happen with other places. Aside from that, if you miss 1 day because you have to pick up another job because of how inconsistent their calls are, even if there is guaranteed snow, just move on because they'll never call you back or never communicate if you are still employed or not. Not to mention they stiff you on your pay if they "feel" you should have been done your work load faster than it actually took.

Great pay, and good colleges if the stars align

Cons

Very much unorganized, uncommunicative, can hold out on pay, can have very long hours, unreliable and unstable work

Mr. Mow It All is a fantastic place to work! Everyone is friendly and happy to assist to ensure the job gets done. The pay structure is more than competitive - it's fantastic. Plenty of room for personal advancement in different roles as the company is growing taking on new clients every year. The company enjoys serving clients. Client retention is currently 90+% - this speaks to the quality of work performed. Management encourages staff and helps them find solutions rather than belittling them when things don't go perfectly. Equipment is new and top-notch. A dream job for me! (Snow Removal)
